Hi there,
I am Frede, a certified and devoted yoga teacher based in the center of Leuven. My classes are based on the Prana Vinyasa Flow style, developed by Shiva Rea. It's a very active type of yoga, which simultaneously focuses on breath, core, stability, endurance and last but not least also flexibility. The classes are accessible for all, as there is no prior knowledge needed. Different poser variations will cater each level, whether beginner or advanced.
